1. Do you procrastinate sometimes? 2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on? 3. What are some causes of your procrastination? 4. What are some strategies you can use to combat your procrastination?

 1. Nah I did it everytime  2.I will procrastinate when i have to do something i doesn't like to do, such as reading and writing homework. 3.I always think that i still got a plenty of time,  so i will wait until the last minute and run it down. 4.I will tell myself if I doesn't do the thing i have to do now,  I will have to do it all in a rush and It would make me anxiety.
